FAQ
We recommend ordering as early as possible - ideally several months before your wedding date. However, we understand that plans change, and we sometimes have capacity to produce pieces on an express basis, even 2 weeks before the wedding.
Please note that our production capacity is sometimes fully booked up to 6 months in advance, especially during peak season (May to October).
How it works:
• You can reserve your production slot in advance
• The actual production will be scheduled approximately 1 month before your wedding, this allows time for delivery, consultations, and any adjustments
• This way you'll have everything ready on time and stress-free 🤍

Our earrings are available with two types of backs:
• Stud / post earrings
• African backs with a stopper
The base material is standard fashion jewellery (bijouterie). However, if you have a metal allergy or a specific requirement, we can accommodate you:
• Surgical steel - we usually have this in stock (subject to availability)
• Gold or silver base - available to order on request

• 100% natural (dried and stabilised flowers) beautiful and unique, but more delicate with a shorter lifespan
• Mixed / combination pieces a blend of fabric, feather, dried and stabilised flowers
• Fabric and feather flowers, lightweight, durable and long-lasting
• Fully artificial / silk flowers, realistic and very durable

With preserved and dried materials, light shedding can naturally occur over time.
To maintain fullness and visual balance, we design our arrangements more densely, so the overall look remains unchanged even if a tiny flower or leaf loosens.
You can easily glue a flower back using a hot glue gun, or we will happily repair it for you as part of our service.

Processing time:
All our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 working days for preparation and dispatch - delivery time is additional. Processing times may vary depending on our current workload and season (peak season: May to October).
If your order is urgent, please let us know in the order notes (include your latest required date) or contact us directly to check if we can meet your deadline.
Delivery times after dispatch:
1. Slovakia / Czech Republic: 1-3 days
2. EU: 2-5 days (DPD) / 1-3 days (UPS Express)
3. USA / Canada / UK: 4-7 days
Shipping rates:
• Standard shipping (DPD): €7 to Germany and Austria
• Express shipping (UPS): €15
• Free shipping on orders over €50 (EU only)
Customs:
Shipments to the USA, Canada and the UK may be subject to customs duties. We offer a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option - we handle customs clearance on your behalf, which is faster and often cheaper. Contact us for details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website (DPD or UPS). If you don't receive your tracking number within 3 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us.

Yes! 🎁 Gift vouchers are available in standard values and are valid for 1 year.
Standard vouchers are sent as a PDF by email, automatically generated after purchase.
Would you like something more personal? We can create a custom-designed voucher with a personal dedication and your own message, beautifully packaged and sent by post, perfect as a gift for a hen party, birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion. 🤍

For custom-made pieces, we are happy to send you a photo for approval before shipping. For standard products, the piece may differ slightly from the photos, every item is a unique handmade original. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
No water needed and no wilting! 🌸 All our flowers are either high-quality fabric/silk flowers or preserved and dried botanicals. None of our products contain live flowers.
This means your accessories will look just as beautiful on your wedding day as when they arrived, whether that's 2 weeks or 6 months later.
Simply store your pieces in a dry, well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight, and they'll be perfect for your big day. 🤍
Absolutely! 🐾 We have a collection of floral decorative "collars" for dogs, and we've also created pieces for rabbits, cats, horses, ferrets and more. If your pet is comfortable wearing accessories, we'd love to make something special for them.
⚠️ Please ensure your pet does not chew or consume the accessories, and supervise them while wearing.
Yes! Most of our products are universal and suitable for children from 2 years of age. We also offer a special newborn collection designed specifically for the littlest ones.
⚠️ Important: All accessories should be worn under adult supervision only, due to the risk of small parts being swallowed or inhaled.

We care about your satisfaction and handle every situation individually with a personal approach. 🤍
If you are not happy with your product, please contact us directly - we'll be happy to discuss it and find the best solution together. We can offer a repair, an exchange (we'll send you a photo for approval before shipping), or a refund for the product.
We process refunds within 30 days, but usually as soon as possible. Return shipping costs (€7) are deducted from the refunded amount. Returns are processed via our portal: https://returns.gls-group.com/magaela
Please note: As all our products are handmade to order, we kindly ask you to consult us before placing a large order — we'll be happy to help you choose the right pieces. Bulk returns unfortunately block our production capacity for other customers, especially during the wedding season.
