What flowers do we use?

• High-quality textile flowers which we often adjust and dye ourselves. Thanks to this we are able to meet requirements for a wide range of colors.

• Preserved natural materials in the form of various leaves grasses or flowers. It´s a living stabilized material. We most often work with preserved eucalyptus gypsophila hydrangea ruscus ixodia gloxinia lavender and various grasses. We also offer preserved roses and other larger flowers.

• Dried materials such as pampas grass seed heads cones moss or cotton.

• Floral design materials in the form of various berries fruits or seed pods including exotic flowers such as monstera plumeria and similar varieties.

How does the production process work?

We devote special attention and enough time to custom-made creations so we can design an accessory or set exactly according to your vision. Every detail matters to us which is why we approach each piece individually.

At the beginning we go through everything with you via online communication. Together we discuss your requirements ideas color palette style and inspirations so we have a clear understanding of your dream result. It helps if you send us reference photos such as your dress hairstyle decorations inspiration from our collection or from the internet. We are happy to advise you and help fine-tune the details so the final piece feels harmonious and unique.

Next we begin the production process creating the accessory exactly according to the agreed requirements. Once finished we send you photos of the completed piece for your review so you can be sure everything meets your expectations.

After everything is approved we arrange the payment carefully package your order and send it to your home. This is how a finished accessory reaches you created with love attention to detail and respect for the uniqueness of your story.

Book your date in advance

Custom-made production is a time-consuming and precise process that requires enough space for planning and careful execution. To ensure we can give your order the attention it deserves and maintain the highest quality we recommend arranging your custom order at least 2 months before your wedding or event date.

From March to September our production capacity is especially busy which makes early booking particularly important. Quality is always our top priority and for this reason custom-made orders are limited and subject to a minimum order value. This allows us to maintain an individual approach attention to detail and results that truly meet your expectations.

It´s  also helpful to specify the product or products you are interested in as well as a list of accessories with their quantities. With these details we can assist you more quickly and efficiently.

Custom-made production fee

Custom-made production is a special service through which we create a unique accessory tailored to your individual requirements and vision. This process is significantly more time-consuming and demanding than a standard order from our ready-made collection which is why it is subject to an additional fee.

The custom-made production fee is non-refundable. It covers communication and consultations time spent preparing and selecting materials reservation of your production slot photographing the finished piece for approval as well as minor adjustments during the creation process. Thanks to this we can provide a truly individual approach and enough time to perfect every detail.

Products made to order according to specific requirements cannot be returned by law. However your satisfaction is very important to us and if any issue arises we encourage you to contact us and we will be happy to help find a solution.
