How the Custom Order Process Works:1. Tell us your ideas
Contact us via email or social media and share your vision. Don’t be afraid to dream big – together, we’ll find the perfect solution.
2. Share essential details
To create the perfect accessory, please provide:

date of your wedding or event

type of accessory or set and quantity

wedding style (boho, folk, rustic, glamour...)

preferred colour palette
-
flowers you love or want to avoid

event location (garden, forest, beach, barn...)

photos of your dress, hairstyle, decoration, or Pinterest inspiration
The more details you share, the more precisely we can create your dream piece.
3. Consultation & design
We’ll go through all the details together, prepare a preliminary price estimate, and once approved and the deposit is paid, we begin creating your piece.
4. Creation & approval
During production, we will send you photos of your accessory before shipping. If something is not exactly as you envisioned, we can make small adjustments to ensure it’s perfect.
5. Shipping & delivery
Once everything is ready and approved, we carefully package your piece and ship it to your door.
Important Information & Terms-
Custom orders take more time than standard ones. We recommend placing your order at least 2 months in advance, especially during peak season (March–September).

Outside the peak season, we can often complete your order faster – just contact us to check availability.

The custom order fee is non-refundable – it covers communication, material preparation, booking, photography, and minor adjustments.

Products made specifically for you cannot be returned, as they are unique creations made to your specifications.

If you are not completely satisfied, we will always try to find a suitable solution. We are happy to make adjustments within reason to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result.
