Our pieces are crafted from a combination of:

  1. preserved and dried flowers
  2. high-quality silk and artificial flowers
  3. premium florist elements
  4. metal, plastic or flexible wire bases

We always select materials that are lightweight, durable and beautifully realistic.


The minimum lifespan of our products is 10–15 years.

With proper care, they can last even longer — many of our clients still wear pieces that are over a decade old.

For 39 €, you can activate our extended service plan.

It includes:

  1. up to 5 professional adjustments or repairs during the lifetime of your product
  2. refreshing and restoring the design
  3. adding missing flowers
  4. size adjustments
  5. expert revitalisation of older pieces

Shipping:

Shipping to us and back is covered by the customer.

This is standard for international service requests.

Most important rules:

  1. store in a dry, ventilated, airy place
  2. do not keep the product in a closed box long-term — moisture may build up
  3. avoid humidity (bathrooms, basements, storage rooms)
  4. avoid direct sunlight
  5. preserved materials may attract pests if stored improperly

Bouquets:

  1. do not place in water
  2. do not refrigerate or freeze

Cleaning:

  1. a soft brush
  2. gentle air from a distance
  3. never use water

With preserved and dried materials, light shedding can naturally occur over time.

To maintain fullness and visual balance, we design our arrangements more densely, so the overall look remains unchanged even if a tiny flower or leaf loosens.

You can easily glue a flower back using a hot glue gun, or we will happily repair it for you as part of our service.

Types of bases we use:

  1. flexible plastic bases wrapped in florist tape
  2. strong plastic bases with combs (e.g., Frida crowns)
  3. metal bases (7 mm) for halo crowns
  4. wire bases for half-crowns, vines and hair pieces — fully shapeable and adjustable

Our headbands are known for being extremely comfortable. Over many years, only a few clients experienced discomfort.

If it presses:

  1. You can gently adjust the shape (especially wire or flexible bases).
  2. If the pressure persists → we will custom-adjust it for you free of charge.

Allergy to grasses or natural materials:

If you are allergic to grasses or plant-based materials, please choose pieces without preserved or dried elements, or contact us for guidance.

Metal allergies:

We can use surgical steel upon request — simply leave a note at checkout.

There is no additional cost for this adjustment.

  2. EU: 3–5 days
  3. USA / Canada / UK: 4–7 days

Customs:

Shipments to the USA, Canada and the UK may be subject to customs duties according to local regulations.

Yes, we specialise in bespoke designs.

The custom fee covers:

  1. creative concept and design work
  2. communication and consultations
  3. colour/material testing
  4. preparation of components
  5. detailed adjustments
  6. reserved production time

Custom-made products cannot be returned.
