Shipping information

All packages are shipped from Europe.

Within Europe, we ship using standard UPS delivery with a delivery time of 2-5 business days.

For other countries, delivery takes 2-10 business days.

Once the order is shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email to conveniently track their package.

For delivery to the USA, we use express shipping via UPS – the package should arrive within 2-4 business days (there can be occasional delays caused by customs).

International Customers:
Please note that additional customs fees may apply to products in your country. The payment of such fees is the responsibility of the package recipient. Customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
