SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
All our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 working days for preparation and dispatch. Delivery time is additional. During peak season (May to October) processing may take longer. If your order is urgent, please add your latest required date to the order notes or contact us before ordering.

Carriers
Within the EU we ship via DPD or GLS. Worldwide and express shipments are sent via UPS Express.

Delivery times after dispatch
- Slovakia / Czech Republic: 1–3 working days
- EU: 2–5 working days (DPD / GLS), 1–3 working days (UPS Express)
- USA / UK / Switzerland: 4–7 working days

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the size of the order and are always shown at checkout before payment.

- Germany, Austria & Hungary: from €9.90
- Poland, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria: from €11.90
- Spain & Portugal: from €13.90
- Scandinavia, Ireland, Greece, Baltics & Malta: from €24.90
- UK & Switzerland: from €17
- USA: from €39
- Express shipping (UPS): from €15
Free shipping applies to orders over €69 delivered to Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and Hungary.

Customs and duties
Shipments outside the EU (e.g. USA, UK, Switzerland) may be subject to import duties and taxes. Unless the order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), these charges are paid by the recipient. Contact us for a DDP option.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 3 days of delivery at magaela@magaela.com.
