Our products are made from textile, artificial, preserved and dried materials. The exact composition of the materials is stated in the description of each product.

PRODUCT CARE

If the product contains dried and/or stabilized natural materials, it´s necessary to:
• Protect from water and high humidity.
• Do not soak the product, do not expose it to water or put it in water.
• Store in a dry, airy, ventilated place.
• Do not expose it to direct sunlight for long periods.
• Stabilized and dried natural materials are fragile - handle them with care.

All packages are shipped from Europe.

📦 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges – shop with confidence

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when ordering from Magaela. Each piece is created with care, and we always try to find the best possible solution if something isn’t right.

🌿 Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

If you would like to exchange your item for another product or variation:

🎨 Custom & made-to-order items

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, as they are created especially for you.

However, if something isn’t quite right, we are always happy to discuss possible adjustments or repairs after prior consultation.
