🌍 Customs & international deliveries

All packages are shipped from Europe.

📦 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges – shop with confidence

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when ordering from Magaela. Each piece is created with care, and we always try to find the best possible solution if something isn’t right.

🌿 Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

  The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another product or variation:

  We cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item
  

Please contact us before sending the package back so we can assist you with the exchange process.

🎨 Custom & made-to-order items

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, as they are created especially for you.

However, if something isn’t quite right, we are always happy to discuss possible adjustments or repairs after prior consultation.
