You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

If you would like to exchange your item for another product or variation:

We cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, as they are created especially for you.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we are always happy to discuss possible adjustments or repairs after prior consultation.

It is made of preserved and textile/artificial flowers, leaves, wire, floristic ribbon and other trinkets used for arranging :)
Boho style. The half wreath is a bit fragile and due to the material used is not suitable for allergy sufferers.
