USA orders:
From 2025, all shipments to the USA are subject to customs clearance.

UK & non-EU countries:
Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processes or fees.

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

We cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, as they are created especially for you.

Please note that before we start the production you need to pay additional fee for a custom order. This payment is for the item specially made for you and is non-refundable.Β
As custom orders take more time and effort (communication, photos) this is a fee to get your special product done.
You will get photos of the finished product before shipping. Minor changes to the product are possible, but please describe your wishes as detailed as possible. If there is a colour or flower that you don't like let us know before we start to work on your products. If the product needs to be remade completely (from scratch), extra fee applies.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by post office. The package canβt be returned and the money canβt be refunded if there was a delay caused by post office.
Once the customized item is made, the order canβt be canceled. If you wish to cancel the order you need to pay 10% of the price for the product.
Coupons/discount vouchers can't be used for any customised accessories.
Custom accessories can't be returned for a refund! Preserved and dried material that we use in our products is fragile so sometimes it can break/fall off, but it shouldn't affect the overall look of the product. If some material falls off/break, we won't accept returns.
You may be also asked to pay a DEPOSIT - it will be deducted from the final price (in case you cancel the customised order after it is made, it won't be refunded
