Please note that before we start the production you need to pay additional fee for a custom order. This payment is for the item specially made for you and is non-refundable.

As custom orders take more time and effort (communication, photos) this is a fee to get your special product done.

You will get photos of the finished product before shipping. Minor changes to the product are possible, but please describe your wishes as detailed as possible. If there is a colour or flower that you don't like let us know before we start to work on your products. If the product needs to be remade completely (from scratch), extra fee applies.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by post office. The package can’t be returned and the money can’t be refunded if there was a delay caused by post office.

Once the customized item is made, the order can’t be canceled. If you wish to cancel the order you need to pay 10% of the price for the product.

Coupons/discount vouchers can't be used for any customised accessories.

Custom accessories can't be returned for a refund! Preserved and dried material that we use in our products is fragile so sometimes it can break/fall off, but it shouldn't affect the overall look of the product. If some material falls off/break, we won't accept returns.

You may be also asked to pay a DEPOSIT - it will be deducted from the final price (in case you cancel the customised order after it is made, it won't be refunded

All packages are shipped from Europe.

Within Europe, we ship using UPS standard delivery with a delivery time of 2-5 business days.

For other countries, delivery takes 2-10 business days.

For delivery to the USA, we use UPS express shipping – the package should arrive within 2-4 business days (possible delays caused by customs).

Once the order is shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email to conveniently track their package.

International Customers:
Please note that additional customs fees may apply to products in your country. The payment of such fees is the responsibility of the package recipient. Customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
