All packages are shipped from Europe.
USA orders:
From 2025, all shipments to the USA are subject to customs clearance.

Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when ordering from Magaela. Each piece is created with care, and we always try to find the best possible solution if something isn’t right.

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

If you would like to exchange your item for another product or variation:

We cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned, as they are created especially for you.
However, if something isn’t quite right, we are always happy to discuss possible adjustments or repairs after prior consultation.

Each crown is handmade using a combination of high-quality artificial flowers and preserved botanical elements, creating a natural, timeless look.
The crowns are lightweight, comfortable to wear, and designed for everyday use — they do not press or cause discomfort, even during longer wear.

The children's crown measures approximately 42 cm and is tied with a ribbon, allowing it to adapt beautifully to different ages.
