USA orders:
From 2025, all shipments to the USA are subject to customs clearance.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when ordering from Magaela. Each piece is created with care, and we always try to find the best possible solution if something isn’t right.

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

If you would like to exchange your item for another product or variation:

We cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item

Each bouquet is assembled by hand in our Magaela workshop using only preserved and dried natural botanicals - no artificial flowers, no fabric, nothing synthetic.
