You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

If you would like to exchange your item for another product or variation:

Each headband is individually crafted in our workshop from textile flowers, artificial and preserved botanicals. No two are exactly alike. Stored in a dry, dark place, it will last 10 to 15 years, a piece of wearable art that comes back out every Oktoberfest season.
